As far as custom homes go, this is perhaps the single most innovative idea that we have had in truly involving our customers in the design process. Though we have a dozen or so floor plans to choose from, quite often customers want to add or change things on one of these plans to give the home a more personalized touch. Arnold Beck Construction, Inc. along with the help of Bawcom Real Estate has made this process extremely simple.

Every one of our home models has been built to scale in 3 dimensions on a computer software program. With this technology, before your eyes we can quickly and easily make custom changes to these homes or build a brand new fully customized home from the ground up. Let’s say you want to open up a wall and make an arched entry way, or add a bedroom, or change your interior and exterior colors. This can now all be done in front of Bawcom Real Estate’s wide screen TV with a few clicks of a mouse.

So what does this mean? This means no unpleasant surprises when your home is complete. This means you won’t gasp in horror and ask yourself what you were thinking when you chose that paint color or decided on a particular kitchen layout. Instead we will be able to change your custom design, colors, or materials again and again until it looks exactly the way you want it to. That being said, it’s never a bad idea to know exactly what you are going to get before construction even begins.

This method of designing and modifying homes has proven to be so effective that we have used it ourselves to design many of our top selling homes from the ground up including the Reno, Hawthorne, and Mesquite.
