I wish to thank all the crew that work for this company. My Husband and I owned a construction company many years ago, and I want to say how impressed we have been with our Arnold Beck Construction home. The craftsmanship and detail throughout the home are great. The service, hard working and polite crew, and very clean job site says more then you can know. It was a pleasure sneaking up to the job site and seeing the crew hard at work every day. The finished home has been one of the nicest places to live in. We have been here just under one year and from seeing other homes built in the Spring Creek area, we don’t plan on moving or selling soon. My husband and I have friends who have used other contractors and we cannot believe the cost of the upgrades on their homes that Arnold Beck Construction puts into its homes for no extra charge...What a bargain in today's market, or any market for that matter. We had one very minor problem with a tile in our entry, when I called Tom [project manager] he was here in under 5 minutes and had his crew out within an hour fixing the problem. WOW! We have owned a home from Arnold Beck Construction for a couple years. This was our first purchase of a brand new home. The price of owning a new home was unbeatable in comparison to purchasing an older home which would have not been up to date. It is wonderful not to have to worry about remodeling and "opening up a can of worms".
There is fine attention to detail which lets you know that the company takes pride in its work. They addressed any worries we had in a timely and proper manner; before, during, and after the sale. It was a most pleasurable experience watching our home being built—from the lot being cleared all the way to the finish. They never made us feel like a burden and let us experience it every step of the way. The site was always clean and organized, and the crew was very professional.
